2. Services
2.1 Personal Development Services
MindShiftLine offers one-on-one coaching sessions, workshops, and seminars designed to support personal growth and skill development.
2.2 Information Products
Digital guides, online courses, and video materials are provided upon purchase and delivered electronically.
2.3 Goods
Physical books and workbooks are available for purchase and will be shipped to the address provided.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Personal Development Services
Coaching sessions and live events may be rescheduled once if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Fees for services are nonrefundable once a session begins or materials have been delivered, due to scheduling and allocation of resources.
3.2 Information Products
Requests for refund of information products may be submitted within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, please use our Contact Us channel. Approved refunds will be returned through the original method of payment within 10 business days of approval.
3.3 Goods
Unopened goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us via Contact Us. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued through the original method of payment within 10 business days.
4. Changes to Terms
MindShiftLine reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
